This is a terrible thing to happen to you and I hope you get to and enjoy the concert and get a better seat at the box office than the one offered to you. You should take your email from Seatwave and try your luck.
I think you deserve more than a total refund ie you should also receive compensation.
Sales on the secondary market by major companies like Seatwave have high charges and are guaranteed.
I had the same problem, a few months ago, but my tickets arrived the day before the concert and had to be sent to me by special delivery by a friend from home as I had already left for London.
I think you should re post your original posting to a new thread so that as many forum members as possible see it and comment on it so that seatwave can be shown the strength of feeling about this sort of thing.
It is breech of contract and abject failure of their promise to guarantee the validity of the ticket seller and they should not be allowed to get away with it.
