Grrrrr had premium tickets but have a UK phone number and the system does not seem to accept a UK phone number, kept saying it was invalid and I was timed out twice now.

Anyone any ideas?

Canadian phone numbers are 10 digits. 3 digits for the area code (Montreal is 514) and 7 other digits. It would prpbaly accept any number e.g. 5141234567. Hope that's not someone's number Hope this works.

I tried to book tickets for june 23 in Montréal but it doe's not work. It must be a 18 inch problem (in front of the cumputer!). What should I do. Thank you in advance.

Got two splendid tickets for Montreal...row E of the parterre.
Not without difficulties...did not notice at first that Jarkko should be written Jarkko and got " invalid password "

There is some alignment in the cosmos for me. Every year I go to Montreal for a software User's Group from Sunday to Friday. Can you believe it's the week of the 22nd to 27th!!! Hotels, meals, and travel on the company.

Anyway, I was successful in getting great seats for my wife and me for all three shows - it's been a 15 year wait. You might say I have been saving for 15 years (not really, that's just how I justify it).

FINALLY (capital letters ) a big THANK YOU to JARKKO - thank you for all you help in making this so accessible for us and all the timely updates. I know you spend quite a few hours administering this site and WE DO APPRECIATE IT.

Thanks for replies but because I enter a UK address it will not accept a Canadian phone number, I have just been timed out of two premium tickets for the Friday night, have phoned box office but they" do not know about that sort of technical thing" guess I will have to wait and try for Tornonto tickets

I was able to get seats once I realized the password was all caps. I had tried phoning Place des arts directly, but they aren't taking phone reservations yet. Many thanks to Jarkko and the Forum for this fantastic opportunity!

Has anyone recived a confirmation e-mail? I haven't got one yet so am getting nervous that the transaction didn't go through.

Is there presale tickets for the Dublin shows and when will we recieve the password for them . thanks in advance xx

My confirmation email came right away.
Did you get to the part that said that you got your tickets and that a confirmation email would be sent to you. Did you get confirmation numbers?

Yes, I got to that part but somehow messed up printing the PDF. I'm trying to see if there is a way to log into the account. Otherwise, I'll wait for the mailman to come! Did it say when the tickets would be delivered?
