It actually wound lc up and he told her there was no way it was on the set list.
Told her to sit down and stop spoiling it.

Maybe manchester or Edinburgh would be more personal.
How big is Edinburgh anyone?

I see there will be more postings for Canada dates. Will there also be postings for U.S. dates? Yes?

I'm disappointed there are no US dates, but I'm hopeful they will come later. Meanwhile, I'm happy for my friends in those lucky cities.

Tickets for the concerts in Denmark will be available from 10 AM March 17 on http://www.billetnet.dk or phone 70156565 (or 89404040 for Aarhus). Ticket prices not known yet. I wonder if there will be any advance sale for these. The Festival in Roskilde goes on at the same time, so this might mean a better chance of getting a ticket. I really hope so

Brilliant tour line-up, which official agent will be selling the tickets in the UK?

Leonard, I wanted to write you a poem to show how much your music and lyrics have played a part in my life but I know you would never get to read that poem, so I am delighted that I have the chance now to come and be in your company for the duration of one of your concerts.

You will probably never read this either but i am sure it is the sentiment of a lot of people.

Hopefully see you in Edinburgh.

Enjoy your tour.

All the very best wishes to you and yours.

Yours sincerely and faithfully

Gwen

As a fan since the 70ies I am deeply grateful for the work you guys are doing with this website. I haven't posted before, but absolutely have to ask, if you have information yet about US concert dates.

I am so excited by this that I can hardly sleep. He is just the best. I am not knowledgeable about any of his band so anyone with any information on that would be most helpful.

I am besotted with the guy, actually.

I wonder how many advanced tickets there will be for the forum members............and if there are any tricks to the trade to get in.

Or is it just that I must take Thursday and Friday off of work and stay on the phone and the internet trying.

Does anyone know if it is best to phone or use the internet for the tickets?

Betty

My fellow Americans, (as George Bush would say) and girl Americans as well, the American tour dates have been posted. There are none. In 1993, it took a night of intense radio promotion by DJ Vin Scelsa to get New York people to the Paramount . Before that, not many tickets were sold. The response to Dear Heather was weak. When the Leonard Cohen Event happened in New York City, the press did not even take note of it. A prophet of the heart is without honor in his own country, although he attained the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame without ever having rocked or rolled. Perhaps that is the trouble. If you hear of any American tour dates, let us know. I have been to quite a few since 1968.

Leonard comes to Brugge!! My hometown, of all places! :D

Does anybody know where and when tickets will be available?
I hope the ticket sale will be in a way that the true fans can buy tickets (lining up for two weeks :) ), and not only the 'rich and famous'...
