it simply means that € 160,60 were transfered to your account today. But it may take some days until they arrive. So you have to do nothing – just wait.
See you in Berlin during winter, hopefully in a nice concert hall ...

i also had an email about refunding the price of the ticket amount only.
they are not refunding the Euro 34.90 'Bearbeitungsgebuehr (World)' which I reckon is a combination of booking fee and courier fee.
while i appreciate that they have incurred fees to send me the ticket, i still don't think it is my responsibility to take the hit for this. it was them who took the risk seeling tickets for a concert they did not have a contract for (as well as sending them). their call not mine.
does anyone else find this unfair ?

I find it totally unfair, the difference between cost and refund to me was £29 and because I'd booked flights and hotel, In total I lost £169. A very expesive lesson. Regards, John
