That would be a good line. But I don't hear it.

Maybe "Zen's solution"?

Or "Zen's illusion"?
ooooh! I think you are right! I was never fully sold on "sensual illusion" as it seems like too many syllables.

My humble proposition would be "sense-delusion". Makes sense in the context of zen philosphy.

All these words - :)
illusion
allusion
elusion
delusion

Yet another possibility khayya! :D And it eliminates that questioned extra syllable that comes with "sensual." I don't know the answer  but I do *think* I keep hearing "sensed" - although "sense delusion" would take care of that too.

Another video from "coolcohen100" - sounds like they are making little tweaks here and there - arrangements -

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KnYkv07kb94

Hattie and Charley's verses are very clear - as is Leonard's!

I hear (this time  )

Hattie -
"I resided with my soul"
...
"In every atom, broken is the name"

Charley -
"But in the arms of sensed illusion
A sweet unknowing unified the name"

Leonard -
"And the bitter liquor sweeten in the HABA cup." :D

"But in the arms of sensed illusion
I hear that, too. I think.

But this:
"I resided with my soul"
No. Sorry, I can't hear that. :D

Maybe "Zen's solution"?
I suppose it could be "Zin's solution." Because there's nothing a good bottle of Zinfandel can't solve.

  You mean - Zinfandel - in the HABA cup - or ABBA cup - or hammered cup - or ...

Sooner or later it will all become clear. Won't it? :D

The game goes on ...

New lyrics from Florence:

http://baotzebao.tumblr.com/post/1049317875
viewtopic.php?f=44&t=22802

I was fed with the bread of freedom in (/and) its choosing
But I rebelled there and I knelt before the idols in my shame
But in the midst of all this wild confusion
I heard it spoken: Blessed is the name

I have to agree, Esther, it's "hammered". Makes me wonder if Leonard deliberately slowed down this verse in Ghent just to end our misery!
