Great idea Tom,

can you think of a way to make this suggestion to the right people?

Margaret, did my Mother cut your hair when you were a kid?

Linda  I think my own mother cut it quite often, or it might have been my dad. He did a free Barber's service in the local community! I've carried on the family tradition and do home haircuts for my menfolk.

The more I listen to Want Two, the more I'm loving it. Favourite tracks for me up to now are :

Angus Dei
The One You Love
Hometown Waltz
Waiting For A Dream
Crumb By Crumb
Old Whore's Diet
and
Quand Vous Mourez de Nos Amours

I love the whole album but those are what I listen to the most. :)

Hi Dylan,

A perfect example of 'to each their own'. I've heard some Rufus lately, and I simply cannot get into his vocals. They seem a little limp to me. Now, Martha is a completely different story. I can't seem to get enough of her these days. I might do the scary thing and check how much memory I have in this old computer and see if I can squeeze some more download into it. Martha, of course. I'll likely be forced to spend more money.

:D :P Finally I'm not alone. I have some problem with Rufus, and I'm quite not interested in their mother / aunt or father in particular. She's in her own league. And it seems Leonard knows that:-)

Really, shall we spread this idea about Cohens-Wainwrights Sessions :?: :D

Martha's first album is out in April, Linda - the downloads are - except for those three at her site - mostly radio shows and live streamings. Btw, most of them seems to come from Routes Montreal Show, it says she was its host last Fall. Do you know about that show?

I've not heard of it. Montreal and B.C. are worlds apart. I'm betting there's a few other Cohen members about that know it though.

Yes, the Wainwrights and Cohens, we should spread this idea far and wide. April, you say? That's a relief. I'll be checking that one out for sure.

rufus - one of the categories in uk tv mastermind.

...The specialist subjects are the life of the British playwright Harold Pinter, the music of Rufus Wainwright, the Spanish artist Diego Velazquez and the Savoy operas of Gilbert and Sullivan.
