Anyone interested in arranging a meetup around the closest venue(s) when tour dates are announced? I'd really love to meet you guys in person -- (this is, of course, assuming we get tickets....)

If more people from this area are interested I'll see what I can do to be involved in some sort of meetup, but we'll discuss this I guess when tour dates are actually announced.

I live in the Bay Area. SF would be perfect for me.
But, Where EVER! I'm there with you.

I'm in the Bay Area too, so definitely in for a SF gathering, although I've also headed down to LA for all things Cohen in the past.

I'm certainly up for SF and/or LA, whatever is possible ticket-wise. Glad there's some interest -- when the announcement is made, let's make a more solid plan..

Hi Teratogen,
Tip: Don't call it "Frisco" or wear white shoes in NoCal. WE SF natives will know for sure you're from La La Land!
Wherever..will see you there.

Heh, that's a long running joke I use to my wife's annoyance. After saying San Francisco, I sometimes tack on "or as the locals call it; 'Frisco."

Well, at least I know to call it "The City". Just got back from a year in Sacramento. I'm hoping to be able to see LC in LA or San Francisco. Or maybe both. But, we're all just waiting for those tour details to come out.
(And, hey, JZ...where's that pic of me and Anjani you were going to email me? hehe). Good to see you here.

I am aware that local Franciscans don't like using Frisco, or frown upon it, or can pinpoint outsiders that use it, but I use it out of brevity. Nothing more. And don't worry, I don't wear white anything.

I've never heard anyone EVER say Sacto. Never. That's just ugly.

Correcto: It's called "Sac." --- Right dar?
...but if LC actually goes there, I'll even call it Sacraleonard.
