trouble printing out tickets

my screen goes black when I try - any advice? Thanks!

can't help solve the problem, but if you want to save what's on the screen and print it out later (after you've solved the problem) you could simply press the "Print Scr" button on your keyboard (that will copy what's on your screen), then open Paint or whatever photo software you use, and paste in the saved image - then save as a bmp, or jpeg file for printing out later on
restarting your computer may be enough to fix the problem

Well, I sure hope so, too. When I tried to COPY the site "Confirmation" when I signed up for my tickets, I find I cannot copy it. Now, I'll try to Print it and see what happens. This is getting more than a little scarey for reasons you already can imagine.

Well, I cannot copy the site Confirmation, but at least I was able to print it! This is my email to them that has so far gone unanswered.

. Did my stress cause me to be too impolite? Why haven't I received a second "bill" ~ for the other night ~ as promised?? If someone ripped me off, they took the best row and seat at the most money!
