That sounds like bad news. Where did the Vienna rumour come from?

Unless you have a personal hotline through to the head of bookings at the Wiener Staatsoper I very much doubt that this information is authoritative. I have spoken to box office staff there as well and told me they have no information about the concert, which is not the same thing. Tickets for Staatsoper concerts do not usually go on sale until one month before the concert itself, so those of us in Vienna just have to wait. The shows have been announced, the dates did not come out of thin air and I for one believe they will happen.

Where do these rumours come from. With Budapest too, many think Leonard is performing with Iron Maiden on Day One of the Sziget Festival. We pray! Much prefer to take the trip to Vienna Opera House though. (Iron Maiden can come too)

It is likely that the Wienna concerts are not on the final August schedule.

Oh No!!!
All the people out there get their tickets to the concerts.
What about the center of Europe?
Shall we now buy tickets for (very) abroad locations? Or shall we wait for better news?
It´s confusing me day by day.
Help us out!!

Seems that Jarkko has deleted his previous post on this thread which made reference to Berlin and Spain, among other things.

The later part of the summer tour ( =concerts that had not yet been confirmed nor listed on the official schedule!) is being re-scheduled, and probably there are no concerts in August after the Big Chill Festival on August 3. For the time being we don't have any more details (for instance when and where the tour may continue after the break). Therefore it will now be best to wait for more information. This tour section of The Forum is getting so widespread that we may have conflicting or outdated information in some threads - and a lot of rumors! -, and we have to make sure everybody knows the latest development.

Yes Jarkko, the tour itself seems a little disjointed, if the original unconfirmed dates where to have gone ahead, it would have seen leonard jumping here, there and everywhere in a sporadic manner. Such a busy scheduel would be tough for anyone nevermind someone of Leonards advanced years.
Looks unlikely then that Leonard will play the Cap Roig festival in Girona, shame as the surroundings are idyllic for a LC experience.
I´m sure he will come to Spain in part 2 of the tour as his fan base here is enormous.
