A Few Things About Fredericton - for visitors

I identified the location of a few places on the attached map for those who are coming to Fredericton for Opening Night!!
Fredericton is situated on the St. John River. The Playhouse is at the corner of Queen and St. John Streets. The two best hotels downtown are the Crowne Plaza and the Delta. The Crowne is directly across the street from The Playhouse; the Delta about 3km (2 miles) away. Both back on the river and both have outdoor patios overlooking the river. There is a walking trail along the river from the Delta to the old train bridge, now the walking bridge. From the walking bridge you can get a good look at the city.
I showed a few restaurants and pubs (Lunar Rogue & the Back Nine - pub fare, Mexicali Rosa's - TexMex, BrewBakers - pasta, salads, steak, seafood, and Dimitri's Greek Taverna - and we know Leonard likes Greek food). No Sunday shopping downtown but there is at the Regent Mall at the top of Regent Street (noon to 5:00). Beside the Crowne Plaza is the Lord Beaverbrook Art Gallery which houses world class art (apparently to the tune of $600 million).
I highlighted a walking tour in dark blue from downtown, through the area with the nicest old housing and up to the campuses, which are a relaxing place to walk. The airport is about 10km.
Interestingly, Fredericton is the one place I have not seen any tickets for sale on any of the scalper or fan sites.
SO - Who is coming to Fredericton and from where?
