London Concert - some things to do in Greenwich

Greenwich is close to the venue and they’ve just opened the Greenwich Wheel, at the Old Royal Naval College, which would be a nice option, especially if the weather’s good.

There’s also the Royal Observatory, and the Meridian line:

The Observatory is set in Greenwich Park:

The Greenwich foot tunnel runs under the Thames. Not exactly a “must do” but it’s something different:

Last but definitely not least is the Greenwich Beer and Jazz Festival:

The Festival is run by Camra, the Campaign for Real Ale, who run many such events. The Festival is also at the Royal Naval College.

All these things are close together.

Thanks for this. David Birkett and I have just posted something about a meetup on the day of the O2 concert which will finish with lunch in Greenwich and drinks at the Trafalgar Tavern before the concert. It's in the "On the road" section.
