2010 and 2011 tour?

will this 2009 be the end of his touring, or will he continue touring in 2010 and 2011 ?

It's the "World Tour 2008-2009", as the poster claims.
Well, aren't we happy enough that tour in the end *was* prolonged into 2009, in the first place? It could be stopped in every moment.
