Red Rock TickCo online prices

I just googled Red Rock amphitheater in Denver and did a ticket search and it came up with Leonard Cohen for $694 (row 23 - 43) and $448 (row 44 and beyond) - that is per ticket!! I am hoping that it can't be correct and haven't seen the fan pre-sale information yet. This was through TICKCO which isn't the one listed.
I love Leonard but I don't think that price can be correct.
In my anxiousness I went searching and probably should just relax and have faith that Red Rock will be similarly priced to the other venues. Otherwise Red Rock is out of my price range.
Anyone else run into this?
