Be gentle....people..... when Natalie Merchant played with the BSO last year....the presale, flooded the servers and they went down for a while.... it was a nightmare to get through....
THere were not nearly as many fans trying to get NM BSO tickets.... same system... same problems...

So be patient.... and gentle....

good luck

MsRosa

The telecharge people are using.......LN09FANCLB........makes no sense but the upside is you get to speak to a voice! The servers are a bitch!

Leonard from Montreal...same name...same town..no Golden Voice

I got the same message about the pass word not being good. I could not get tickets before it sold out.

I was also trying to get tickets in Boston, both online and on the phone, after it became clear it wasn't an option. Not having the right password for telecharge from the forum meant I was put on hold while they tried to sort it out, and in the interim all the tickets in the presale sold out. Is there anything the forum can do about this? Maybe possibly see if they can release more seats so the password error doesn't have such an effect? There are two more presales before seats become available to the general public, and who knows what will be left then. I'm willing to pay the (admittedly quite high) ticket prices and was bright eyed and ready to go at 10am, and it's sad not to be able to get decent seats in spite of that, because of an error or miscommunication between the forum/telecharge. If there's any chance of making more seats available it would be so, so appreciated.

I'm confused about how some people were told the password was incorrect. There was no place for me to input the password! I believe it was already imbedded, so I don't get how that was an issue for others

I think our instructions were clear that the presale is online only. Some sellers seemed to accept phone orders as well, while some others did not.
The password was a part of the URL for some sellers, and for some others you had to enter it yourself.

Thank you jarrko et al for facilitating the fan pre-sale ticket sales! It was clear that only on-line credit card sales would be possible. Had some trouble with the Broadwayoffers site throwing me off dozens of times until I disabled every pop-up blocker (should have thought that one through in advance) but then I got really good seats. Can't wait for the 29th :)

Thanks from Boston!!

Is the consensus that the presale is already sold out? I'm very impressed, although sad because it was going to be a birthday present...guess I wasn't fast enough.

does anyone have any idea how the "amex" or "club" pre-sales work, or how to get access to them? for those of us not lucky enough to get tickets this morning?

The club costs money to join and its not cheap, but if you are desperate go to the venues website.

The amex one will probably be a link from the amex site. There is a section there for entertainment or events or something.
