Is he touring with the band to every city?

As I am getting ready to purchase ticket for the show in Boston, I called up the Wang Theatre in Boston to ask whether or not Cohen will be accompanied by his band in Boston. And when I was told that he will be solo, I got confused? Does anyone know more? Thanks

I think they might have meant "solo" as in he's not having an opener or anything...who knows though, pretty sure we're all seeing the band though, hopefully they sound AMAZING from what i've heard.
