I bought and paid 519$ for 2 tickets for the May 21st show in Quebec city through Billetech by internet on April 5th, received a confirmation number, but tonight when I went on the Billetech and checked into my account it says I have no ticket for any incoming event.
I am desperate. I can't even call because their offices are closed. What is going on???
That does sound concerning, the best thing to do is not to panic and call them first thing tomorrow.

Try to find an email confirmation and/or credit card charge from the date of your purchase. Often there will be a reference number attached to the credit card charge, that will help you when you call tomorrow.
As worrying as it is, you can't help the situation by worrying about it Try to relax and take care of it in the morning. Don't forget to post back here once it's all sorted out!

Thank you very much brightnow for your encouraging post. Will call tomorrow morning, but they open only at 10:00 am. I will try to post as soon as I can, but I will be on the road so it may be only tomorrow night.
I was quite confident that it was a technical malfunction of some sort.
All that's left to say (this time, with even more confidence) is: Enjoy the show!
