Is anyone who is going to the Odense concert interested in a meetup, & knowledgeable enough about the area to book a place?

And is anyone else here going?

We will be going there from Gothenburg (long day of travel on 8/13 - ferry & train together take about 8 hours) - & would be nice to meet some forum friends before the concert.

Guess I'm the only one then; how sad. . . and how weird!!

I'm starting to wonder if maybe I'm the only one who doesn't know the place is cursed, or in a time warp, or the entrance to a black hole. . . well, if I never return, hope everyone here has a nice life. . .

I suspect many people don't relish the thought of having to stand for three and a half hours ...

Hartmut, thank you for your response - you are so fast! I think you are right; actually I just realized that because it's a standing concert, we will have to arrive very early, in order to be anywhere near the stage, so there really won't be time for a meetup anyway. I don't blame anyone for not wanting to stand for 3-4 hours. . .

oh sorry, the webside is in danish only. I do not speak danish, but guessed out something:
-dont go by car to the site !
- there will be extra-public transport -by bus and local train (direction:Svendborg, second hault-gettoff)
- buses will leave at central station
-there will be a public catering (wine.beer aqua-minerale, cafe og food)
- bring danish money with you, as they will preferr to accept "dancord"
-umbrellas and recording devices will not be allowed
- and the usual safety advises (no drugs, no weapons etc)
