I am travelling from Scotland for the Hannover concert. Is this an indoor event? I would also be grateful if a forum member could advise the best way to get to the event from the city centre.

I am travelling from Scotland for the Hannover concert. Is this an indoor event? I would also be grateful if a forum member could advise the best way to get to the event from the city centre.
The tramway line 6 goes there, station Messe/Ost (Expo-Plaza).

i'm not from hanover, so i had to look it up myself.
it seems to be indoor - the tui arena is a hall within hanover fairground ("messegelände").
the website of the venue says:
close to central station("hauptbahnhof") there' s a city tram station called "kröpcke".
you take city tram line 6 (destination "messe/ost") and go all the way to the final stop.
the venue is somewhere around there.
they also say there' s gonna be an extra shuttle service for events.
if they consider leonard cohen an event...who knows!
hope this serves as a first impression(well, the second impression after hartmut' s posting.)
maybe there' s a local hero from hanover here on the forum who knows better...
