The translations of song lyrics that were made for the concerts in France,
and projected on the video screens, are now at http://www.leonardcohen.com/tourlyrics.html

Thanks to Lorca for the info!

Thanks Jarkko...and Lorca!

Much appreciated! Somehow "Il n'y a pas de remede a l'amour" sounds so much better than "there ain't no cure for love"! ;-)

I don't know Di - "Il n’y a pas de remède à l’amour" ?
It is lovely - but also seems to call out for a glass of French wine - and some fine cheese - and a discussion. ;-)
And there's nothing wrong with that. :)

BUT - "ain't no cure for love" ?? - that's it - that's all!!
There just ain't!!

Thanks Jarkko and Lorca - for the info.
I just read through "Prends cette Valse" - "dix jolies femmes" - delightful. :) :)
And it looks like a lot of care went into these translations.*

*Definitely NOT from "Google Translate!"
