Hi Aymi,
Unfortunately I lost out on my fourth row centre seat in Marseille as I couldn't go and it was a will-call ticket too. However that was through Gerard Druot Productions (GDP) and although I beseiged them with emails, all were ignored. So, no refund and one empty seat. However, it would be worth the effort to throw yourself on the mercy of Ticketmaster (lol, just realized how silly that sounds) if indeed you are not able to go.
Still keeping my fingers crossed for you!
Diana

Hi Aymi,
I am not certain about this but as ladydi has suggested you may want to contact Ticketmasters. They have a website called TicketsNow.com which resells your ticket for you. Of course they do take a percentage of the total cost . The website is http://www.ticketsnow,com/SellYour TicketsNow?GettingStarted.aspx this will give you information on how to resell your ticket. I am not sure how this works for will call tickets but it seems like they could print out a ticket at anytime since it is just stored in a computer program. This is how I was able to but a ticket to a sold out concert in the past. It is worth looking into just in case you cannot make it to Vegas.

Hi!
I have a friend at Ticketmaster who is giving me this info. Ticketmaster can't refund you, but they may help change the tickets. You can't sell the tickets on Ticketsnow or Stubhub because they are will call-you have to have the physical tickets to resell.
However, Ticketmaster may be able to change the order to Ticketfast (ie. you print it yourself), but it is pretty late to do that, so you may have to sell it and make arrangements to change the ownership of tickets. If you need more help, email or PM me.

This is wrong! DO NOT SELL WILL CALL TICKETS!!! If you confirm the sale, you won't be able to supply the tickets and Ticketsnow will bill you for replacements.

Just to let you guys know that I got a refund from Ticketmaster themselves no problem, I just said I now couldn't make it and they sent me notification of the refund on email. I was shocked but pleased that they were helpful for once.

howthelightgetsin,
So glad for you. This was indeed unusual on their part. Too bad you couldn't make the concert
Best regards,
