HIPHOP COVERS OF LEONARD COHEN SONGS

I'm not sure if you can call this a "cover" in the strict sense, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of anything else similar to this?

The thread title enticed me because we play hiphop in our club. I would love nothing more than to be able to introduce LC to our clientele, but even if we could find clean versions of these songs, I would not give them airplay. These versions are extremely unsettling and distressful and have veered far from the original ideas of the songs.
