I've been a LC fan for well over thirty years. The first LC song I ever heard was sometime in the very early 1970's.It was One Of Us Cannot Be Wrong.The next I went out and bought Songs For.I've heard Dear Heather at least a dozen times over the last week and find it to be a bit of a dissapointment. LC voice on a few songs seems to have receded so far into the background that it's hard to even hear him. On several other songs the same verses are repeated over and over again.I can't find a single song on DH that even comes close to anything on TNS.Maybe it will grow on me as times passes.
Poetry is just the evidence of life. If your life is burning well, poetry is just the ash.
