I JUST CAN'T WAIT TO HEAR ALEX PLAY

I just thought everyone would like to know a bit more about Alexandru Bublitchi.

Most of you know that I am rather partial to Jackson Browne's music and I was just watching again the video link below when lo and behold there was Alexandru together with Xavier Mas (who I had know was playing here) but until now hadn't realised who the violin player was! He also plays his violin on a similar JB-LC video in Spain 2006 so I suspect that it could be through an association with Xavier that Alexandru has joined the Old Ideas World Tour. So for sure this is one song of Leonard's he knows very well!

Thanks for the video link! Eija and I were in St Cugant five years ago and saw the concert.
When Leonard and Ed Sanders told me that Alex B. is going to join the group, I experienced some
kind of sudden understanding that I have actually seen this guy on stage! I guess Javier
has introduced him to the tour management. Can't wait to hear some songs from "Old Ideas"
live, performed by this extraordinary band!

I just answered my own question and this seems to be the only other video I could find from that concert with Alex visible in it.
You can hear his violin throughout So Long Marianne but no vision.
