This password has not allowed me to purchase Diamond VIP tickets. Am I being blind and missing an alternate password?

Presale worked beautifully for regular tickets. Row 1, left hand side. Mind you, I was so tense I forgot the password between clicking on Jarkko's link and arriving on the Ticketmaster page!

Try again. I got in. And don't panic, it showed me row 1. Let us know where it is giving you a problem.

Made it through. I found if you select a price in the VIP section it wouldn't proceed (in google chrome) but when I left it at Any Price it worked.

Oh my God I got it!!!! Front row! Plus I bought another ticket so I can compare.I will sell the unused one at no extra charge once I figure out which one I want. One is 2nd row and one is 1st row. I will post on proper area.

I know this a strange request as people seem to want to be on the floor -- but Is there any way to get pre-sale tix at the Plaza level in section 118 rather than 119? I have sat in 118 for the last two LC shows in Vancouver and these seats are PERFECT for viewing and listening -- 119 is actually too close to the stage and you only get a side view! Any suggestions?

I was looking for section 118 as well as 2 friends sat there last time and had a great view.
It only brought up seats on the floor when I went to that price range.
Then I entered plaza but kept getting section 119 which I think you got as well.
Hopefully in the next days section 118 will open up.

I just checked Ticketmaster and there are still 2nd row, center seats left on the VIP package. Vancouver, Nov 12.
Also, and this is a long shot, on the Dec 2, 2010 Vancouver show I was by myself and ended up sitting next to a woman and her husband. We were in the 7th row. If by chance, you are that woman, contact me will you? We had much fun at the last concert and it'd be fun to meet up with you again.
