Thought I might give this a mention too. Very good European-based writer's site, open to everyone else as well. Two 'publishing' days a week - Monday and Friday - when the week's submissions are all uploaded at once, and members flock there to critique each other's work (although the criqituing can be a bit wishy-washy here and there). Also got some excellent resources, and there are quite a few LC fans around there - not least the person who runs the site.
