When you buy tickets to a Leonard Cohen concert through a presale on this site and pay the extra for express post, how long does it take until the tickets arrive?

Which concert are you inquiring about? Different concerts have different ticket sellers.

All forum presale tickets for Moncton were meant to be will-call only, meaning they can only be collected at the box office on the day of the show. The ticket seller did offer Xpress Post during the presale, but this was an error on their part. They have since converted all presale orders back to will-call. So you won't be receiving your tickets in the mail, though you should by now have received a $10 refund on your credit card.

Thank you. I guess I can stop hanging around the mailbox.

You're welcome. You could also double-check with tickets.moncton if you wish to confirm that this is what happened with your order. It would certainly have been helpful if they had sent us an explanatory email; I had to phone them to sort the story out after noticing the unexplained refund on my credit card statement.
