My One Desire

Post by Tony »

A haunting song from Willy DeVille. It might appeal to those who appreciate Mr. Cohen.

Kush,

This beautiful song does definitely appeal to me - thank you.

When in Hydra, for a split second, I thought I was hearing a new LC song.

Edit - thank you for correcting me Kush and thank you Tony for the link!

I agree it is a great song MaryB but it was Tony who posted it not me :) . The style of the song reminded me a little of Avalanche on first listening.

Thanks for posting Tony, it is chilling. The music reminds me of a dark waltz.

The first time I heard of Willy DeVille was here, at the forum. His voice sent chills down me.

He sounds to have been influenced by Leonard, especially the very beginning instrumentally and then his lyrics, and of course the depth he uses in his voice.

I liked it, too.

How did he die?
