I guess, they refer to this list: viewtopic.php?f=82&t=35258&start=15#p346545
Many of the songs announced will be familiar to Cohen obsessives, who had their own list of around 12 likely unreleased tracks, heard on Cohen’s extended world tour.
Hm, "many of the songs"? Born in Chains, My Oh My, A Street; Nevermind (http://www.leonardcohenfiles.com/nevermind.html from Book of Longing?).

Dylan fans had also been anticipating an album that might have been called 'shadows in the night' but looks as though we may have to wait for that.

The 6 cd complete basement tapes will cost more than £110 in the uk- may just be tempted by the short version

As for the 'cohen obsessives' comment -i'm just an admirer , as such also greatly anticipating the live 'complete concert' bluray and perhaps the accompanying cd might make it onto a list of the best live albums !?
