The Bilizikjian family reports that John Bilizikjian is in Hospice now. He does not have long to live. I cannot fathom this. He was the most infuentual musician in my life. So many years and so many gigs …..his grace, humor, knowledge, kindness is unsurpassed. They say that anyone who wants to say goodbye can come by the house where he is resting comfortably.

I hope that someone has informed Leonard, in case he should want to say farewell.

So sorry to hear this sad news. It was a great privilege to see John Bilezijkian play live with Leonard several times. R.I.P John.
