The documents are available for download if you want to read them. I haven't so don't know the details but it seems sad it's apparently come to this.

Just looked at this site and the documents are there ( ofcourse). Is it correct that it takes a subscription to view/download the documents?
I find it very sad that there are 'troubles' between family and management. Have no clue what the real situation is but it seems that money and/or greed (again) brings out the worst in people.

Looks like you have to create an account to view but there’s no mention of a subscription that I can see. I know no more than you! As I said, I just Googled it. I’m not sure yet I want to read the documents. I share your sadness.

thank you, wendy - for your information. i will investigate tomorrow.
a sad development, so let us hope this sorts itself out in an amicable way. meanwhile we will have to wait until the parties involved have defended their case and see what comes of it

When I click on one of the files I get a link that I need to register. Af having done that I get this screen
Apparently I am doing something wrong..
Is there a way to access the files without taking a subscription?

Somehow, the most troubling sentence for me in this article is the following:
„Cohen died a month after he sent Kory an email questioning Kory about his financial decisions, according to the petition.“

The Court has denied the Cohen children's emergency Petition to remove Kory as Trustee.

let's hope this is the end of the matter, and that those involved are able to return to the friendly relationship they enjoyed earlier

I assume this means that the litigation continues but without urgency Marie? It's hard to see any justification for an emergency petition after so much time has passed.
