Introduction to our Hamburg 2026 Event

Hello LC community - as most of you already know, I have raised my hand to organize the next LC Event 2026 and Hamburg is the place to be. 20 years after I have done Berlin it is impossible to present more of the same but hopefully prepare something different for our entertainment and to remember Leonard and friends, who said good-bye to this world but are still very present in our heart. At this early stage I am glad to announce the date of the Event and the milestones on our way to get there.

14. Leonard Cohen Event in Hamburg will take place on August 28-30, 2026.

Milestones:

May 1, 2025: Why Hamburg ?
Sept 1, 2025: Official Invitation
Oct 1, 2025: Start Early Bird Registration
Jan 1, 2026: Start Regular Registration
Feb 1, 2026: Introduction of Program

Hello Henning and the LC Community - my friend who introduced me to LC many years ago sent me to this forum and the upcoming LC Event in Hamburg in 2026. Wonderful news!

I'm a musician, and I've been touring a Leonard Cohen tribute show with a little band. It's been a really joy and honour for me to be able to play a little part in keeping this music (a)live, and it's been beautiful sharing it with people who have followed Leonard over the years, as well as those brought along by friends who were new to his music.

Hello Henry - thnx for your offer. You have a great voice indeed. We are so lucky to enjoy so many gifted singers who all adapt Leonards songs in their very own style. For the Hamburg Event I already made my choice for a tribute band early spring this year. But you and your friends are most welcome to register for the event starting October 1 to get in touch with our LC fan group and perform on the open end nights in the bar after the official parts. We are looking forward to some happy hours. More infos about the Hamburg Event will follow soon. Stay tuned.
