I'm trying to figure out how to make it be my wallpaper.

When the big picture opens, right click on the mouse, and click "Set as Background". True, I don't know it's similar on Mac, as I never saw one:-) It does work on PC.

It has been a while since one of your odd italics. Then again i don't read much here. It just does not scan or make much sense. Surely the italicised word should be 'my' ?

 Nice of you to ask for clarification, Partisan. Actually, if it were "my" that was italicized, it would mean I already know how to make it someone else's wallpaper, but that with making it mine, I'm having a problem. The meaning that comes with italicizing "be" is that I'm having difficulty bringing it into a state of "being" ~ for it to be anyone's wallpaper, mine or anyone else's. It refers to the successful conduction of the process, rather than the ownership of the result.

Done!!! Thank you, Tom ~ It looks wonderful!! Very dramatic.

Tysh Darling, my point really was that the itallics you use do not help as a rule. It would have been just fine without any.

Partisan Darling ~
my point really was . . .

Then, why didn't you just say that  ?

Tysh Dearest, the point is to try to get you to see that for yourself. The root problem with the line was the word 'my'. It should not have been there to start with. Without it what you meant becomes crystal clear. Do you see that now?

Now, you've, again, diverted the purpose of your original comment :P , Partisan Dearest [akin to Mommie Dearest, I'm sure  ]. With the italics in their original placement, it should also have been crystal clear. Can't you see that :P ? It is, after all, my wallpaper that I'm seeking ~ not that for someone else; however, it could have been for someone else... not necessarily a picture of Leonard, but of something else. I would still need to know the process  .

I bet I know who gets the last one hundred words in this thread. I would love to be proved wrong.

Of course you would, Tony :) . You'll note, of course, the impetus for a certain someone[s] entering here, at all  . Try to remember that it's to an aspiring attorney's advantage to be able to defending one's position... and practice makes perfect, particularly when one does the initiating himself.

As tattoos go, Ali, I agree... it would :) .

Ahhh..... that's not going to get it, Tony.

Simply doing a postings-content breakdown would be sufficient to rest a case, however  .
