Recently I composed a post saying I was in search of the performance from Warsaw in 1985. I'm happy to say today I received those dvd's. Even though that genourous person is not part of this forum, I would like to offer up two copies of this amazing concert to those who do not already have it in their possesion. It is truly a beautiful thing to have and all I ask of the person who recieves it is to offer it up to somebody else eventually.

The first two posters on this thread will receive copies. Thanks so much.

Hi Diamond ~

If this thread is the measure for receipt of your gifts 8) , I'm the second one. Do you know if there is a difference in a DVD for Europe and for the U.S.? If it didn't work for me, I'd pass it on, anyway, but it would be helpful to know, in case you'd rather just give it to someone else from the beginning.

Thanks! I have this on cd, but not dvd. I would love to have it on dvd.

Lizzy,i recorded you know what in American tv system NTSC so you should be able to play it
without any problems. Here in europe most countries use a tv system called PAL.
But then again most standalone DVD players people use here in europe can play
both NTSC and PAL DVD's

Is THIS the you-know-what!?! If so, I'll rescind my request here! I got a dvd player awhile back [hidden away in a box, awaiting hook-up ~ 'forever' ~ and I think it's a dual, as in PAL also... but not sure till I look closely].

Thanks, Phil!

I apologize for not mentioning this in the original post but the dvd's are in PAL format. BUT I myself am from Canada and have tried it in my own and a few of my friends dvd players and its played fine. From what people have told me nowadays most dvd players will play PAL and NTSC. And for if it fails the dvd will play in all computers.

Pm's on the way!
