Question Regarding Ten New Songs LP

Greetings,
I've been a collector of vinyl for about 5 years now, have put together a "budget" high end audio system, and am much more keen on collecting LP's then cd's (my preference is analog, but I do buy cd's for practibility). My question is why has Ten New Songs been pressed to vinyl while some of the other recent Leonard Cohen releases haven't? I would guess Leonard Cohen doesn't have that much of a say in this but I am still curious why Columbia records thought it would be more profitable to release TNS on vinyl and not Dear Heather for example.
Cheers
